The facility houses a total of 21 rooms, occupied by doctors from various specialties, including general practitioners, orthopedic surgeons, dentists, veterinarians, dermatologists, and homeopaths.

These rooms are allocated on a leave-and-license basis to support and encourage Parsi entrepreneurs. This initiative aims to help them establish their practices, grow their businesses efficiently, and gain a competitive edge in their careers.
