On subsidized rates wool imported from Australia is distributed to those who weave Kustis. Similarly, the ready Kustis are sold in sizes ranging from 3½ ‘gaj’ to 7 ‘gaj’. The Kustis are bought from Navsari by the Bombay Parsi Punchayet and sold on cost to cost basis.

The Applicant is required to follow the underlaid steps:

The Applicant may approach Ms. Armaity Surti or Mr. Burzin Patel or Mrs. Baktavar Dastur at BPP Head Office from Monday to Friday between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and from 2.30 pm to 5.00 pm.
The Wool tops and Kusti are sold on the spot.
Payments are accepted in cash if the buyer is from Mumbai and Cheque or NEFT from buyers outside Mumbai.
As of now the cost is Rs. 160/- per Wool top which is 125 Grams.
Payments are accepted only in cash.
The Cost of Kustie varies as per choice.
An official receipt is issued.
