Every Voter must have an original/duplicate certificate with him/her in his/her possession without which the voter cannot vote.
In case of issuance of fresh certificate as well as duplicate the procedure is the same. A Form is issued to the interested beneficiaries to be duly filled and the respective Certificate is issued accordingly upon payment of Rs. 10 for General Certificate. The same amount is payable for issuance of duplicate Donor Certificate.

To enroll as a Donor Member the beneficiary has to donate a sum of Rs. 10 Lakhs or more which is solely for the purpose of becoming a Donor Member and not linked with any other benefit from the Trust The Donor Member Form is issued to the Donor after receiving Donation Amount upon their request.. All the formalities must be completed within 180 days from the date of Donation made.
Important : Each beneficiary is entitled to either be a General Member or a Donor Member during their lifetime.
